We check it is fat, not skin
A submental fullness caused by laxity or a low-set hyoid will not improve with Kybella. This is the assessment that saves people a wasted course.

How does it compare with chin liposuction?
Liposuction is one visit, more predictable, treats a larger volume, and can tighten as it goes. Kybella avoids a procedure room and any cannula. For a small pad Kybella is reasonable; for anything larger we will usually recommend liposuction and tell you why.
Is the fat really gone for good?
Yes. Treated fat cells are destroyed. Substantial weight gain can still enlarge the cells that remain.
Who actually performs my treatment?
Dr. Ramos performs every surgical and injectable procedure himself. Facials, laser and IV therapy are performed by licensed clinical staff under his supervision. You will know which before you book, and you will meet whoever is treating you at the consult.
What does the consultation cost?
