Reconstitution and injection
Product is prepared well in advance of your appointment. Injection takes about half an hour.

Why can I not have it dissolved?
It is poly-L-lactic acid, not hyaluronic acid, so hyaluronidase has nothing to act on. This is the honest trade for its longevity, and the reason we build slowly.
What about nodules?
They are the known complication, and they are strongly associated with under-dilution and skipped massage. We dilute generously and we will be a nuisance about the five-five-five protocol.
Who actually performs my treatment?
Dr. Ramos performs every surgical and injectable procedure himself. Facials, laser and IV therapy are performed by licensed clinical staff under his supervision. You will know which before you book, and you will meet whoever is treating you at the consult.
